Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their product if it is found to have manufacturing defects or faults. To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and freebies must be returned along with the product.
- The original purchase receipt or proof of payment is required.
Exchanges are processed only for defective products. Exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect selection are not accepted.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or wrong purchases. Returns will only be considered if there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Damaged products are non-refundable. However, we will work with you to provide support, repair, or replacement options in line with our policies.

- Failure to notify us within the specified time frame may result in ineligibility for exchange or support.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or damage caused after delivery.
